Ian supports AdvanceCT’s mission to engage, retain, and recruit by leveraging research to help highlight Connecticut as a place to live, work and play.

 Prior to joining AdvanceCT, Ian was a member of Korn Ferry’s Collective Intelligence team where he focused on leveraging technology and data to help their consultants get market quickly and more competitively. Before joining Korn Ferry, Ian worked as a consultant for Sionic Advisors where he provided advisory services to large financial services organizations undergoing operational and financial transformations.

 Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Roanoke College.
