Emanuel began his professional career as an architect and real estate agent in New York City, continuously encountering opportunities where data analytics could better facilitate in-depth market research. With the skills he'd learned from previous careers, Emanuel applied himself to learn all things data, obtaining multiple data certifications and finding his true passion in analytics.
Over time, Emanuel's enthusiasm for problem-solving and uncovering insights led him to transition into FinTech, working as a business analyst. Now at AdvanceCT, he combines his analytical skills with his expertise in business analytics, real estate, community revitalization, and economic development. In this role, he offers a unique perspective on how data and design intersect to drive meaningful change, enabling him to contribute to projects that foster growth and opportunity,
