The AdvanceCT Foundation is launching an update to Connecticut’s EAP, building on the strong foundation developed in 2019-2020. This refreshed plan will reflect changes in economic conditions, industry dynamics, workforce trends, and policy priorities, and will provide a clear, data-driven framework to support growth, innovation, and opportunity statewide. AdvanceCT seeks a partner to help engage stakeholders, assess the state’s competitive strengths, and identify practical strategies to guide the state’s economic development efforts over the coming years and continue to position Connecticut for long-term economic success.
