Ella Varano is a Business Associate on the Marketing team at AdvanceCT, where she develops marketing collateral, produces digital content, and supports events and brand initiatives.
Prior to joining AdvanceCT, Ella worked as a Marketing Assistant at a Connecticut-based cabinet manufacturer where she executed integrated marketing campaigns across radio and digital channels and supported brand growth through event planning and strategic storytelling.
During her time at Lehigh University, Ella was a Global Social Impact Fellow and published and presented research at the IEEE Global Humanitarian Technology Conference, interned with an environmental design consultancy in Barcelona, Spain, and participated in Lehigh’s Startup Academy, an immersive talent accelerator based in Silicon Valley.
A native of West Hartford, Connecticut, Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University.
