Jack Forte is a Business Associate on the Business Development team at AdvanceCT. Since March 2026, he has supported business attraction efforts focused on the advanced manufacturing and aerospace & defense sectors. He contributes to lead generation and outreach initiatives, engaging CT-based, domestic, and international companies and supporting early-stage project development.
Prior to joining AdvanceCT, Jack worked at OCO Global, where he supported the UK Department for Business & Trade (DBT) in assisting UK-based companies with evaluating and pursuing expansion opportunities in the United States through market research, outreach, and business development support.
During his graduate studies, Jack served as a research consultant in Kenya as part of his capstone project at the George Washington University, where he conducted field interviews with farmers and local staff affiliated with Biochar Life. His work helped identify best practices to inform future market expansion strategies.
Jack is from Killingworth, Connecticut, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs.
