Noemi brings more than a decade of experience in event coordination, fundraising, and publishing to AdvanceCT. As Project Manager, Noemi leads strategic business development projects, manages Connecticut trade missions, and coordinates trade show events. Her role also involves expertise in economic development programs, positioning AdvanceCT as a key liaison for federal, state, and local incentives.
Prior to joining AdvanceCT, Noemi was the Assistant Director of Events at Yale School of Management, where she managed high-profile events for the Center for Customer Insights and the Yale Program for Stakeholder Innovation and Management. She was also an Associate Editor at Manhattan Bride, where she curated multiple editorial sections, organized bi-annual launch parties, and led a team in producing high-quality content.
As a Manager for the Department of Global Public Health, Science and Technology at New York University, Noemi played a pivotal role in raising substantial funds and developing partnerships for key initiatives, including The Future of Artificial Intelligence Symposium.
Noemi is originally from New York City and moved to Woodbridge, CT in 2021. She received an M.B.A. in Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of the Arts in Hispanic Literature from Columbia University.
