Jackson Weisman is an Economic Development Specialist on the Business Development team at AdvanceCT. Since June 2024, he has served as the generalist on the business attraction team, supporting efforts to recruit companies nationally and internationally across Connecticut’s key sectors—advanced manufacturing, life sciences, aerospace and defense, and technology—with a particular focus on emerging fintech companies.
Jackson contributes to the team’s participation in industry shows and trade missions, and works alongside colleagues to host inbound delegations and familiarization tours that promote Connecticut as the premier destination for business growth.
Jackson began at AdvanceCT as a marketing intern in summer 2023, contributing to content development, social media, and industry research. A native of Fairfield, CT, he holds a B.A. with honors from Trinity College.
