Patrycja Zajac

As part of the Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) team, Patrycja collaborates closely with businesses in the state to identify successes, address challenges, and provide strategic resources and support for continued growth. Beyond the BRE team, Patrycja is a Program Associate for CampusCT, an initiative led by AdvanceCT under the Governor's Workforce Council. In this role, she manages day-to-day communications with college students, presenting Connecticut as a compelling destination for employment post-graduation and highlighting its vibrant lifestyle.
Prior to her role at AdvanceCT, Patrycja had experience working for small businesses in management consulting, wealth management, insurance, and accounting. Patrycja holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Central Connecticut State University.
